Refund & Exchange Policy

We of course want you to be completely satisfied with your CannaBloom CBD purchase, however if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 14 days thanks to our straightforward returns policy.

You can return your item to: CannaBloom, Red Hill House, Hope Street, Chester. CH4 8BU. You must return it within 14 days from the date of delivery providing:

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase is present (a copy emailed to help@cannabloom.co.uk is acceptable).
  • You have received an email from CannaBloom acknowledging you wish to return the item(s)

Once received, CannaBloom will inspect the product and it’s packaging before confirming if a refund/exchange is to be offered. We cannot offer a refund/exchange on items that have been used and or opened.

If the product has been returned in an unusable or non-resaleable condition, your refund will become null & void.

In the first instance, please email help@cannabloom.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return an item, attaching a photo of the item in question, along with a brief description as to why you wish to return it.

Postage:

Returning your item is easy, once we have received your returns request, we will email you a returns shipping note, please affix this to the sealed returns package. Please ensure the item(s) is/are well packaged to prevent damage in transit.

If you use the original package to return your item(s) please ensure the original shipping label has been removed or is covered.

Be sure to include the following information inside the package:

Your name, address & order number. Without this information we may not be able to identify the sender and therefore process a refund or exchange.

We recommend you use a secure and or trackable method of postage and keep your proof of postage safe, the products and their condition remain the responsibility of the customer until CannaBloom receive them at our warehouse. We will email you confirmation of receipt of the returned items.

Postage for items you wish to return is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. In which case, CannaBloom will refund the cost of the product and the cost of postage, with a receipt for postage (providing we accept a refund is applicable).  

Faulty/Damaged items:

Please inspect your order on delivery and report any faulty items to us at help@cannabloom.co.uk as soon as possible. Please attached a clear photo of the faulty item, along with a brief description of the fault.

Non- Refundable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, items such as sale items, gifts cards & special orders.

Processing your refund:

We endeavour to return your refund within 5 working days of confirming to you, in writing that a refund is applicable.

We will return the refund to the original payment method.

If you do not receive your refund after 5 working days, and you have checked your bank account (from where the original payment came) please email help@cannabloom.co.uk with the details of your order.

Exchange:

If you would prefer to receive an exchange for a returned item, please state this in your email correspondence with us, if you do not want us to send you the item straight away, we can hold a credit on your account. This credit will be valid for 365 days from the date the returned item was received by us. The amount will be the amount your originally paid for the item returned.

Gifts:

We all love giving and receiving gifts, however if someone has bought you a gift from CannaBloom and it’s not to your taste, please contact the person who bought you the gift and they can start the process with us to exchange or refund the item.

We believe communication and transparency is key to any relationship, therefore we aim to keep you up to date regarding your refund/exchange during every step of the process.
